Seat Time Waiver Information
Is your district interested in the statewide seat time waiver?  You use this option when a student would like to take more than two classes online.  For more information, click here.
Free Online Classes from MIT
Have you thought that you'd like to take a college course or two but figured you didn't have the time or money?  The Massachusetts Institute of Technology might just have a solution.  MIT has a free online listing a hundreds of classes that they offer with syllabi, study materials, assignments and exams.  All you need to do is buy your books somewhere like Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com and go through the course at your own pace.  No college credit is offered but there are no registration costs, no fixed schedules and no age requirements so that even if you are in high school or younger, you can study college level courses to expand you mind and broaden your horizons.
